Within the framework of the “Bahar Residence” project jointly implemented by PMD Group LLC and “Kvan Group” LLC, a panel discussion entitled “Urban Planning, Architecture and Living Environment” was organized at the sales office of the project in question.

The purpose of this discussion was to establish a long-term dialogue between the private sector and architects and to ensure the exchange of views of experts in the field.

The panel discussed the role of projects in shaping the new urban image of Baku, their integration into the urban environment and the impact of architecture on human well-being. The main topic of discussion was the responsibility of architects and real estate development companies to city residents.

As a result, the idea that architecture guides human life and can create new lifestyle opportunities was emphasized. Both guests and representatives of the private sector noted that cooperation with architects is important for the creation of human-friendly cities.
